My credentials include a 200 hour accreditation in vinyasa flow yoga, hatha yoga, trauma-informed yoga, vipassana meditation, executive function coaching and integrative psychotherapy.
I tend to work gently and discourage individuals from creating stress or strain by going beyond physical limits. It is important to me that you feel listened to and best supported to connect with your body and breath in ways that feel good to you.
I hold public liability insurance and I am certified by Yoga Alliance.
